Silver package:

The Silver package includes the following.

• Information concerning the tax procedures.
• Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.
• Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.
• Finding plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.
• Helping to find cleaning company for your apartment.
• Monthly routine security checks.
• Silver annuall package price is '200 Euro'.

Gold package:

The Gold package includes the following.

• Information concerning the tax procedures.
• Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.
• Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.
• Finding plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.
• Helping to find cleaning company for your apartment.
• Monthly routine security checks.
• Renting your property and follow the necesseray works.
• Gold annuall package price is : ' 250 Euro '.
